Bharat Mata Mandir

Bharat Mata Mandir is placed in Haridwar district of Uttarakhand, India. This temple is a unique and beautiful place which is dedicated to Bharat Mata. Bharat Mata Temple is also known as Mother India Temple. Bharat Mata Mandir situated in the Haridwar near the Sapt Sarovar is an 8-story building. The entire temple is divided into 8 different temples. Behind each floor is a special story. The height of this temple is 180 feet.

Bharat Mata Mandir Story

1st Floor : The First floor is dedicated to Bharat Mata (Mother India) it has the statue of Bharat Mata.

2nd Floor : The Second floor(Shoor Mandir) is dedicated to reowned Indian Heroes.

3rd Floor : The Third floor known as ‘Matru Mandir’ is dedicated to the achievements of India’s reserved women such as Meera Bai, Maitri,etc.

4th Floor : The Fourth floor is known as ‘Sant Mandir’ is dedicated to great saints of various religions.

5th Floor : The Fifth floor is the assembly hall with wall paintings portraying history and beauty in various provinces of India.

6th Floor : The Sixth floor is dedicated to Goddess Shakti of the Hindu religion.

7th Floor : The Seventh floor featuring all incarnations of Lord Vishnu

8th Floor : The First floor is dedicated to the shrine of Lord Shiva.

How To Reach Bharat Mata Mandir

Bharat Mata Mandir is placed at motichur, Haridwar. One can reach Bharat Mata Mandir by taxi or bus. Haridwar railway station is the nearest railway station is 7Km and Jolly Grant Airport is 32Km and Rishikesh is 28Km.

Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit in Bharat Mata Mandir are February, March, August, September, October. Summers aren’t as hot as the rest of India, but they definitely are hot with cooler nights. Monsoons are beautiful too.
