14 Days Yoga Retreat

We welcome you to our Yoga-retreat to evolve, to reborn, and most importantly to enjoy your stay with us. As much as the magical Rishikesh with its powerful vibration of wisdom and ancient knowledge of the Himalayan Yogis.

We offer 2 weeks yoga and meditation retreats, holiday course and treatment for healthy well being. According to the scripture Yoga and meditation are not separate , they have same routs and systems. Yoga which treats physical body and meditation is source of mind, only a healthy person can reach the goal of yoga. The meaning of re-treat is a period of group withdrawal for prayer, meditation, or study, during this retreat you will learn asana (ashtanga and hatha) practice, philosophy, anatomy, meditation, mantra chanting, mudra, pranayama, cleansing etc. During this program we provide tomour students sattavic vegetarian food, excursion trip to mountain, water fall or river rafting and much more during your retreat period.

The aim of our program is to create more awareness and understanding in Yoga lifestyle.
